Lead Paint Defense
Frank F. Daily has been defending lead paint litigation since approximately 1988. He has tried a number of lead paint cases to verdict and argued several lead paint cases before the Maryland appellate courts, including Brooks v. Lewin Realty III, Inc., a seminal case in the litigation.
Additionally, our firm has an excellent team of attorneys who have extensive experience defending landlords, management companies and individuals who have been sued in a lead paint matter. Collectively, we have defended hundreds of lead paint matters since the firm opened in 1999. We have a strong motions practice in the lead paint arena, and have successfully obtained summary judgment for numerous defendants. Our firm is ready and willing to see a case through from inception through any appellate procedures. We will not hesitate to pursue an appeal on our clients’ behalf, and have briefed and argued matters before both the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Maryland Court of Appeals.
