Lisa M. Morgan
Ms. Morgan is a Partner in The Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A. She has been with the firm since 2007. She is admitted to practice law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. In her practice, she is responsible for all aspects of civil litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings. She represents insurance companies and property owners in complex product liability claims including toxic tort cases involving lead exposure, formaldehyde exposure and other environmental exposures. Her practice is also devoted to mass tort and large loss cases.
Ms. Morgan attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and was subsequently appointed as a judicial clerk in Baltimore City Circuit Court under the Honorable Judge John C. Themelis for one year following law school. During this time she oversaw a heavy criminal docket, including both felony and misdemeanor cases.
Ms. Morgan is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc. She has lectured on issues regarding lead paint litigation and was appointed as Vice Chair of the Maryland Defense Counsel's Subcommittee on Lead Paint in 2015.
