Stephanie L. Shearer

Ms. Shearer’s practice centers around civil litigation, predominantly insurance defense and personal injury matters. She graduated from Lycoming College in 2009, cum laude, and graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012, where she was the Articles Editor of the Journal of Land and Development. Ms. Shearer has been the defense chair for the Personal Injury Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association for the past five years, where she and her co-chair won Section of the Year in 2019. She also completed the Leadership Development Academy program within the Montgomery County Bar from 2016-2017. Ms. Shearer is also active within the D.C. Defense Lawyers Association. She resides in Frederick with her husband and daughter.
